- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational objectives.
- Co-work smoothly with HR Group within FPT Corp for diversity talent acquisition activities, event, job fair, etc.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, direct in charge of overall position, mostly middle manager, CoE/Tech Expert.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and making hiring recommendations.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and employment terms.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Collaborate with the following team: HR, Admin, QA, Marketing to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate data.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage, training team of 2 -3 members to qualify recruitment process and fill-up quota
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- BS degree in Human Resources, Finance or Economics
- Proven minimum 02 experience as a talent acquisition leader/ manager or 05 years experiences as a senior IT Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various recruitment techniques
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in employer branding and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills - Expertise in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
