I.1/ User experience
- Be heavily involved in conducting user experience research and tests to develop the overall wireframes, storyboards, samples, prototypes for FPT products including websites, mobile, tablet, software, hardware and tools.
- Conduct research design concepts and optimize existing user interface design while testing for intuitivity and experience.
- Perform user design research, including aggregation and analysis of primary and secondary research data, for consumer and user design acceptance and overall user experience.
- Experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, IA research (cardsorting and tree-testing), A/B testing and rapid prototyping.
- Drive discussions with developers and squad members to understand business goals while effectively communicating design ideas.
- Review functional specifications and participate in the development of design for functionality and user interface.
- Review changes or enhancements for alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and drive improvement changes.
I.2/ Design Documentation
- Develop creative and new user interface components and style guides based on business requirements.
- Proactively collect business requirements from tribe members to translate into design documents.
- Create fluent elements in a design system for an application such as: token, components, prototype, touch accessibility to adapt all devices.
- Propose updates to design architecture based on discovered trends and patterns.
- Assist in designing user centric products with Developers to deliver easy-to- use products for the business.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
II/ Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in UX/UI designer or similar role. Knowledge of digital medical-related UI/UX is a plus
- Deep experience and knowledge in workshop design and facilitation skills
- Portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented and analytical thinking.
- Critical thinker and systems thinking
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Knowledge of industry design tools such as Figma, After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
- Good English
- Skilled with at least one advanced prototyping tool (e.g. Axure, Framer)
