- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve target ROI and KPIs.
- Create and optimize landing pages and website content for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Utilize email marketing tools to create and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and marketing goals.
- A/B test marketing campaigns to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing efforts and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including expertise in paid advertising, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative marketing ideas.
- Google Analytics and digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Language: English and Vietnamese
