- Understand end-user requirements to develop a Recruitment project.
- Provide pre-implementation engineering approach & detailed planning forrequirements.
- Develop recommendation model, search for candidates based on user's information.
- Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models into productionsystems and monitor results.
- Design, develop, and test large-scale data science pipelines and machine learningalgorithms.
- Research and investigate academic and industrial data mining, machine learning, andmodeling techniques for product improvement.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Required Skills
- Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Image Processing,Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcementlearning, Deep Learning Architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc. )
- Has expertise in training NLP models.
- Proficient in high-level programming languages, especially Python.
- Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
- Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
- Proficient in API, REST API.
Required Soft Skills
- Good interpersonal, self-organizing, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills.
- Passionate about quality, work productivity and product maintainability.
- Communicate your ideas and knowledge well to your teammates.
- Demonstrate team spirit and communication skills.
Is An Advantage If Any
- Experience working on chatbot platforms such as Alexa, Watson, Luis, Rasa.
- Experience working with unstructured data related to text, speech, and image analysis.
- Knowledge of modern NLP models.
Academic and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering,Applied Mathematics or related field;
- Have at least one year of Experience or equivalent in developing NLP or other AIsolutions.
